L. William Davis II



A native of Concord, New Hampshire, Bill has been involved in the insurance industry for the past 36 years. Working with the small business and professional sectors in New Hampshire, Bill’s professional emphasis has always been on the small, closely held business. Whether it’s estate planning, succession planning, or fringe benefits, the objective is to assist individuals and businesses with making sound decisions in risk management and planning for the future.


Throughout the years, Bill has been involved with numerous community organizations and professional groups. He is currently active as president of the Kiwanis Club of Concord and chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Hopkinton Village Precinct. Bill is also chairman of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in Concord and has overseen the acquisition of the new Family Store and the recent renovation of the McKenna House, a homeless shelter for single adults. Bill is a past president of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council.


Bill’s continued involvement in his community makes him a good fit for companies looking to work with someone who understands that New Hampshire businesses are unique. He can become a valuable member of your strategic team, monitoring your ever-changing needs. Bill presently serves on the boards of two closely held corporations.


Professionally, Bill holds Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations, and his FINRA Series 7 securities registration.


Prior to returning to New Hampshire, Bill was a naval aviator on active duty for seven years. He is a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun). After leaving active duty, Bill held three reserve commands and retired as a captain.

Bill lives in Hopkinton with his wife, Ellen. They have two grown daughters, Julie and Kate.

James H. Truncellito


A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Jim has been involved in the financial services industry for 36 years. Jim's professional emphasis has been working with professional sectors and closely held businesses. The focus of Jim's practice has been helping individuals and businesses in the employee benefits, wealth management, and estate planning areas.

Jim is proud to have worked with many nonprofits in the Manchester area. He is especially proud to have served on the Manchester Boys & Girls Club $7 million campaign, one of the largest nonprofit fundraising efforts in the state's history. Jim is a current 33-year member of the Queen City Rotary Club and the only active charter member from the founding of the club in 1981.

Jim lives in Manchester with his wife, Lynda. They have two children; their son, Tim, works at Truncellito & Davis, and their daughter, Kristen, is married with a daughter in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Timothy R. Truncellito

Independent Broker

Born and raised in the Manchester, New Hampshire, area, Tim Truncellito started his career as an independent broker in February 2010. After earning a BA in economics from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, Tim came back to New Hampshire to join Truncellito & Davis Financial Services. While prepared to meet the various needs of clients, Tim has become specialized in small group benefits and individual health, life, and disability insurances. The opportunity to work with his dad, Jim, and business partner, Bill, both of whom have over 35 years of experience in the industry, has created a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in working with small businesses. In an ever-evolving industry, Tim stays on the forefront of education and advocacy as the Young Advisor Team chair on the board of NAIFA-NH (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). This allows Tim to educate his clients with up-to-date information and can help them make informed decisions to put themselves or their business in the best possible position. The combination of local knowledge and industry experience is what makes Tim a trustworthy choice as an advisor who can help you with individual or group financial needs.
